Hi First Name,
Conventional covered calls are one of the most popular trading strategies out there.
And they have it ALL WRONG.
The idea is to implement a covered call strategy in a stock you want to own and then try to pull in a little bit of extra "income" by selling calls against it.
That is, until the stock goes down.
Then you're stuck.
Take for example TSLA. If you would have started a covered call strategy just a few months ago whenTSLA was trading at $400/share, you'd be getting killed right now because TSLA is at $245/share!
And worse…you can't sell any more premium until the stock goes back up.
You are just sitting there…twiddling your thumbs, sitting on a massive $15,000 loss.
This is why I would never, ever trade conventional covered calls.
EVER.
Instead, I began trading my CASH FLOW Covered Call strategy when TSLA was at $400…and I did awesome even with TSLA Down $15,500.
How is this even possible?

Not only am I up $1,100 when the stock is DOWN 38%, but my overall risk is about 10% of a conventional covered call.
Conventional covered calls in TSLA at $400/share are risking $40,000.
The realistic expected risk if TSLA were to actually go to zero when TSLA was at $400/share using my very special CashFlow Covered Call Strategy was only about $4,000.
And in fact, my trade right now, if TSLA goes to zero, only has a maximum risk of $1,375 not $25,000.
More Gains, Less Risk. I know there's a commercial in there somewhere.
