U.S. District Judge George J. Hazel sentenced Sean Levan Henson, age 28, of Suitland, Maryland to 10 years in federal prison, followed by 10 years of supervised release, for coercion and enticement of a minor. Judge Hazel also ordered that, upon his release from prison, Henson must register as a sex offender in the places where he resides, where he is an employee, and where he is a student, under the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA).

Joseph Wayne Dadisman, of Philippi, West Virginia, was indicted today on a drug charge, United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II announced. Dadisman, 49, was indicted on one count of "Possession with intent to Distribute Methamphetamine."

COLUMBUS, Ga. – A Columbus resident who nearly ran over arresting police officers, leading them on a short chase before crashing his car into a tree, was sentenced to federal prison for possessing a stolen firearm. Brian Doswell, 26, of Columbus, was sentenced to serve the statutory maximum of 120 months in prison to be followed by three years of supervised release by U.S. District Judge Clay Land after he pleaded guilty to possession of a stolen firearm. There is no parole in the federal system.
