Greg Abbott says he will cut off funding for the Legislature if Democrats continue to fight a Texas bill that would add sweeping restrictions on voting. Democrats across the country threw their support behind efforts to block the bill after Texas House Democrats walked out to prevent a vote before the midnight deadline.
