Convicted Felon Sentenced for Possession of a Machine Gun & Other Firearm Offenses 03/31/2026 08:00 AM EDT Tallahassee, Florida – James Wiley Kelley, Jr., 51, of Altha, Florida, was sentenced to 30 months in federal prison for possession of an unregistered National Firearms Act weapon, possession of a machinegun, and possession of firearms and ammunition by a convicted felon.
