The report provides details on the Togolese government's regulatory bodies and enforcement mechanisms. This FAIRS-Togo report also provides comprehensive information and guidance on overall import requirements, procedures, and documentation necessary for compliance. This report informs on trade restrictions and import bans.

 

Togo: FAIRS Export Certificate Report Annual

This FAIRS-Togo Export Certificate Report Annual - 2025, highlights the certificates and permits that the Togolese government requires for the import of U.S.-origin food and agricultural products in Togo. This report compliments the FAIRS-TOGO | TO2025-0001 | Togo Country Report Annual - 2025. FAS Accra, Abidjan (Post) recommends that prospective U.S. exporters familiarize themselves with both of these reports for a better understanding of Togo's food and agricultural standards, export certifications, and permit requirements. Togo's food and agricultural product regulations are aligned with the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) requirements.
