Export air passenger fares rose 1.8 percent in December 2024

Export air passenger fares rose 1.8 percent for the year ended in December 2024, due in part to a 7.3-percent increase in European fares and a 2.9-percent increase in Latin American/Caribbean fares. Import passenger fares also rose, increasing at a rate of 1.0 percent over the past 12 months.
