Texas Couple Charged in Multimillion-Dollar Tax Refund Fraud Scheme

A federal grand jury in Tyler, Texas, returned an indictment charging a Texas husband and wife with crimes related to their conspiracy to defraud the United States by seeking fraudulent tax refunds.
