A New York Man is Sentenced for Sexual Abuse and Production of Child Pornography 02/29/2024 07:00 AM EST U.S. District Judge John D. Russell, sentenced Carlos Caraballo, 28, of Bellport, New York, to 324 months of imprisonment, followed by lifetime supervision for Sexual Abuse of a Minor in Indian Country and Production of Child Pornography. Upon his release, Caraballo will also be required to register as a sex offender.
