Alleged child labor violations at Subway We obtained a preliminary federal court injunction forbidding the operator of 14 California Subway locations from violating child labor laws, threatening and retaliating against workers and obstructing a federal investigation. Dollar General racks up yet more health and safety fines Dollar General has racked up more than $21 million in proposed OSHA penalties since 2017, most recently when investigators found blocked exits and fire hazards at two Dollar General stores in Oklahoma.
