Assistant Unites States Attorney - Civil 10/28/2022 08:43 AM EDT USAO District of Connecticut New Haven, Bridgeport, Hartford New Haven, Connecticut Announcement #: CT-22-007 Application Deadline: November 14, 2022 The Office of the United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut is seeking applications for an Assistant United States Attorney to serve in the Defensive Unit of the office's Civil Division.  The Civil Division's Defensive Unit defends claims filed against the United States, including tort, medical malpractice, employment discrimination, immigration, and foreclosures. The Defensive Unit also defends claims brought against individual federal employees (Bivens claims).
