This morning we look at how police stepped in after Rams fans' post-Super Bowl celebrations went on into the night. Plus, we have all you need to catch up on the star-studded halftime show and all the key moments from the event.
Here's what we're watching this Monday morning. Rams fans reveling in Sunday's Super Bowl victory were ordered to clear out of downtown Los Angeles overnight as celebrations took a chaotic turn, with video posted to social media showing some jumping on vehicles while others lit fireworks in the middle of a busy street.
The area was rammed with revelers following Sunday's 23-20 victory against the Cincinnati Bengals, with fans taking over the streets as horns — and police sirens — blared.
At around 9 p.m. local time, the Los Angeles Police Department tweeted that it had issued a dispersal order in the downtown area as some of the celebrations got out of hand.

Russian figure skating phenom Kamila Valieva can continue to compete at the Beijing Winter Olympics, an international body ruled Monday, after it was reported that she had tested positive for a banned substance before the Games.
The ruling from the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) came one day before the women's short program, in which Valieva is favored to win gold.
The global sports arbiters dismissed appeals by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) and the International Skating Union against the Russian Anti-Doping Agency's decision to allow Valieva to compete despite a positive test for trimetazidine, a heart medication that experts say could give athletes an edge.

For Brittney Johnson, the latest Good Witch on the Great White Way, it's good to be seen.
Back in 2019, the actress made history as the first woman of color to play Glinda in the hit production, going on as the understudy. Now, she's poised to break barriers again, taking over full-time as the show's first Black leading lady beginning Feb. 14.
"I'm really excited for people to be able to see someone who looks like them onstage, wearing the crown," said Johnson, who has used her platform to address representation and equity issues on Broadway. "As soon as I put that crown on — and there's something about wearing a crown — it's very special. It's fun."
