For the first time, the FBI acknowledged that some agents may have mysterious Havana Syndrome symptoms. Sadly, the death toll in the Wisconsin parade attack has risen to six after authorities confirmed the death of a child Tuesday. And a federal court order in the Jan. 6 documents case could spell trouble for former President Donald Trump.
Here's what we're watching this Wednesday morning. After NBC News obtained internal emails, the FBI acknowledged for the first time that some of its current or former employees could have symptoms of Havana Syndrome, which got its name after a group of diplomats and CIA officers reported symptoms in 2016 at the U.S. Embassy in Cuba.
Although the bureau did not confirm or deny the existence of FBI cases, NBC News has previously reported that several FBI personnel have reported possible symptoms.
While some intelligence officials strongly suspect Russia is responsible for what they believe are deliberate attacks on U.S. diplomats and CIA officers overseas, intelligence agencies say they have not uncovered enough evidence to pinpoint the cause or the culprit of the health incidents.

The death toll from the Wisconsin parade rose to six after the death of a child Tuesday. Darrell Brooks, the man accused of driving an SUV into crowds at a Christmas parade on Sunday, is being held on a $5 million bail. The U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia notified lawyers for former President Donald Trump, the House committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack and the National Archives that they should be prepared to address whether the court has the legal authority to hear the executive privilege dispute during oral arguments on Nov. 30. As the Covid-19 crisis in Europe intensifies, so too has a toxic mix of vaccine skepticism and radical right-wing ideology. The trend is creating a new fault line in European politics: whether or not a party supports Covid restrictions. "There's a little bit of a dark secret that astronomers have been keeping," said on astrophysics professor. "We're not actually very good at finding planets."
