Moline Man Sentenced to Prison for Drug and Firearm Charges 11/24/2021 12:00 AM EST DAVENPORT, Iowa – A Moline, Illinois man, Devon Allen McConnell, age 36, was sentenced on Thursday, November 18, 2021 by United States District Court Chief Judge John A. Jarvey to 200 months in prison for Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine, Possession of a Firearm in Furtherance of a Drug Trafficking Crime, and Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
