Billhimer, age 40, of Spring Valley, Ohio pleaded guilty today to a one count federal information charging him with filing a false U.S. Individual Income Tax Return, Form 1040, for tax years 2014 through 2017, said Bryant Jackson, Special Agent in Charge of the Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation Cincinnati Field Office.
