Two Eastern Shore Men Facing Federal Indictment for Stealing More Than $900,000 from a Salisbury Corporation Where One of Them Worked 08/25/2021 12:00 AM EDT A federal grand jury has returned an indictment charging Stephen L. Franklin, age 53, of Salisbury, Maryland, and Duane G. Larmore, age 46, of Salisbury, Maryland, for federal conspiracy, wire fraud, and identity theft charges in connection with the theft of at least $900,000 from Shore Appliance, where Larmore worked. The indictment was returned late on August 24, 2021. Cincinnati man pleads guilty to using identity of deceased friend to obtain Social Security, SNAP benefits 08/25/2021 12:00 AM EDT CINCINNATI – Frank Morris, 73, of Cincinnati, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court to using the identity of a deceased childhood friend to obtain more than $120,000 in Social Security and SNAP food stamp benefits. Morris also compiled a criminal record in the victim's name over the 50-year span in which Morris used the identity. Hattiesburg Man Pleads Guilty to Drug Charges 08/24/2021 12:00 AM EDT Gulfport, Miss. – A Hattiesburg man pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute narcotics.
