Residents of long-term care facilities, once vulnerable to some of the nation's first coronavirus clusters, have reached a vaccination rate of 81 percent. But the rise of the delta variant and concerns about the vaccination rate of the people working in those facilities, which in some states is lower than 50 percent, has some experts fearing "a repeat of what we've been through."
