EXCLUSIVE: Secretary of State Blinken criticizes Russia for protest response, says he's 'deeply disturbed' by crackdown

Blinken's comments, made to Andrea Mitchell of NBC News in an interview broadcast Monday on TODAY, come as thousands were reported arrested in mass demonstrations across the country and as Navalny's allies call on President Joe Biden to sanction Russian President Vladimir Putin's financial backers.
