Press Release July 31, 2020 FDIC Makes Public June Enforcement Actions No Administrative Hearings Scheduled for August 2020 The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today released a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in June. There are no administrative hearings scheduled for August 2020. The FDIC issued 25 orders in June 2020. The administrative enforcement actions in those orders consisted of three consent orders; two orders to pay civil money penalty; four removal orders; five voluntary terminations of deposit insurance; 11 Section 19 orders; and one termination of consent order.
