Preston St., Suite 302, Baltimore, MD 21201 ​ Description: The Office of the Attorney General is seeking applicants to serve as a contractual Assistant Attorney General at the Maryland Department of Health (MDH).  The Assistant Attorney General will support the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission (MMCC).  The Assistant Attorney General will, along with colleagues, primarily be responsible for representing the MMCC in civil and administrative litigation and will also have the opportunity to handle the legal aspects of the MMCC's regulation, licensing, and oversight of the growing, distribution and use of medical cannabis in the State.
