REGISTER | NIST AI Virtual Workshop on 8/18

AI Image

Registration is NOW OPEN!

Join us on August 18th from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EDT for a NIST-hosted virtual workshop! The focus of this event is to collectively facilitate the development of a shared understanding of bias in Artificial Intelligence (AI), what it is, and how to measure it.

This online event will consist of collaborative panels and breakout sessions and will bring together experts from the public and private sectors to engage in important discussions about bias in AI. Our goal is to arrive at a common understanding of what bias in AI entails—as well as how it should be defined. These stakeholder conversations will lay important groundwork for future efforts in NIST's AI work, including the development of standards and recommendations for achieving trustworthy AI.

Email us at ai-bias@list.nist.gov if you have questions and follow us on Twitter via @NISTcyber using the hashtag #NISTAI to stay in the loop. We look forward to seeing you virtually!
