The NBA's Opening Night Schedule Includes a Totally Unnecessary Change |
On Tuesday, the NBA released its national television schedules for 2026-27's opening night and Christmas Day. For the most part, things looked relatively normal and as expected … save for the league’s boneheaded decision to shoehorn a 3 p.m. ET matchup into an otherwise marquee opening night slate. The Vikings Need Less From Kyler Murray Than You Might Think |
On Tuesday, the Vikings awarded their contested starting QB job to Kyler Murray, who only just joined the team after an ultimately lackluster stint in Arizona. This probably wasn't because the team believes Murray will jumpstart its offense; rather, as Conor Orr argues, it's likely because the Kevin O'Connell & Co. would prefer QB play that doesn't cause much of a fuss at all.
