Eagle Butte Man Convicted of Sexual Abuse 05/12/2026 08:00 AM EDT United States Attorney Ron Parsons announced that a jury has convicted Emanual Semon, age 24, of Eagle Butte, South Dakota, of Sexual Abuse Without Consent and Sexual Abuse of a Minor, following a three-day jury trial in federal district court in Rapid City, South Dakota.  The verdict was returned on May 7, 2026.
