Jamestown woman sentenced on meth charge 05/04/2026 08:00 AM EDT BUFFALO, N.Y.-U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced today that Kelly Berenguer, 46, of Jamestown, NY, who was convicted of possession of methamphetamine, was also sentenced to time served by U.S. Magistrate Judge Michael J. Roemer.
