Utah Man Indicted for Conspiracy and Possession with Intent to Distribute 30 Kilograms of Cocaine 04/09/2026 08:00 AM EDT PROVIDENCE – A federal grand jury in Rhode Island has returned an indictment charging Enrique Chavez-Salas, 60, of Utah, with conspiracy to distribute cocaine and possession with intent to distribute approximately 30 kilograms of cocaine, announced United States Attorney Charles C. Calenda.
