The cart exhibits significant deterioration throughout. Windows are broken and require replacement. All tires are flat and need attention. The vehicle shows visible wear and weathering on the exterior surfaces. Manufacturing labels and identification plates are present on the vehicle. Vehicle Documentation The SF-97, issued as "Scrap-Not to be titled for highway use; this vehicle can only be used for parts or scrap metal," will be provided to the registered individual or company and mailed to the registered address after payment is received.
