Do you still want it?

Or will you quit like everyone else?

Crush The Week
You've persevered through 11 full weeks of late sunrises, early sunsets, bitter cold, and a fire beneath you that's yet to waver – let alone come close to being extinguished. Because you didn't sign up for this thing to quit once the work got easier, did you?

It's spring now. The days are going to get longer, brighter, warmer. And you? You're only going to keep getting stronger and leaner. Your endurance has skyrocketed since Week 1, and suddenly you're looking forward to running. Give us one good reason why anyone would stop now. Then, do the work anyway.

Are you weak or are you a warrior?

If you haven't noticed by now, you're not in this fight alone. Remember that the next time you're feeling a little sore, or a little tired, or a little comfortable in your warm bed. When that feeling comes over you, take a moment to scroll through #Project300 tag on Instagram to see every Spartan who felt that way and got the work done anyway. Then, get your ass up and quiet those excuses.

You'll get nowhere if you learn to listen to the lazy devil on your shoulder. But you're a Spartan warrior, and since you've made it all the way to Week 12, you already know that, don't you? Go live by your own principles.

One mistake shouldn't break you
