Long Island Man Charged With Sex Trafficking, Enticing, and Exploiting a Minor 03/06/2026 07:00 AM EST Jimmy Francois, also known as "Bentley Bugz," will be arraigned this afternoon, in federal court in Brooklyn, on a six-count indictment charging him with the sex trafficking of a minor using force, fraud, and coercion; coercing and enticing a minor; sexually exploiting a child; and interstate prostitution.  The charges in the indictment arise from the defendant sex trafficking a 16-year-old minor victim (Jane Doe) using force, fraud, and coercion, including physically assaulting the victim and intimidating the victim using threats and by physically assaulting other women in her presence.  Francois also created sexually explicit images of Jane Doe, some of which were posted online in prostitution advertisements.  Francois was arrested on January 29 in Miami, Florida, and transported in custody to the Eastern District of New York earlier this week by the United States Marshals Service.  Today's proceeding will be held before United States Magistrate Judge Clay H. Kaminsky.
