Man Sentenced to Federal Prison For Over 2 Years for Failing to Register as Sex Offender 02/03/2026 07:00 AM EST United States Attorney Ron Parsons announced today that U.S. District Judge Karen E. Schreier has sentenced a man from South Dakota, convicted of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.  The sentencing took place on January 26, 2026.  Sioux Falls Man Sentenced to 18 Months in Federal Prison for Escape 02/03/2026 07:00 AM EST United States Attorney Ron Parsons announced today that Chief Judge Roberto A. Lange, U.S. District Court, has sentenced a man from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, convicted of Escape.  The sentencing took place on February 2, 2026.
