Knox Place Defendant Pleads Guilty in Wide-Ranging Narcotics Trafficking Conspiracy 02/12/2026 07:00 AM EST Darryl Dacota Riley, Jr, 39, a previously convicted felon residing in the District of Columbia, pleaded guilty today in U.S. District Court in connection with his role in a drug trafficking conspiracy that reached across the United States and sold PCP, cocaine, and fentanyl in the 2900 block of Knox Place in Southeast D.C.
