Florida Man on Federal Supervised Release for Enticement to Engage in Prostitution Indicted for Forcible Sex Trafficking 02/12/2026 07:00 AM EST Jacksonville, Florida – Erwin Phillips Burley (37, Jacksonville) has been charged by federal indictment with two counts of sex trafficking by means of force, fraud, and coercion, two counts of enticement to engage in prostitution, and seven counts of interstate transportation of a person with the intent that the person engage in prostitution.
