The thrill of a new routine is slipping, and your mind is begging you to quit just like everyone else. But we know you won't. That's why this week matters more than you think.
With over a month beneath your belt, you're no longer proving you have what it takes to start. Now, you're setting the standard for what it means to continue. Spartans aren't sharpened by the highlight reels – they're built in the freezing cold. In the early-morning twilight hours when the world is quiet and no one would know if you stayed in your warm bed… except you.
Fatigue isn't a sign to pump the brakes, it's feedback that you're on your way to accomplishing your WHY. You didn't commit to 200 days because it was convenient, so you can't quit when it's not.
You're well into habit-setting territory now, and stacking your momentum should be easier than throwing in the towel. Now that you've made it here, habits are harder to break than your comfort zone.
