Parham, 48, of Panama City, Florida, has been indicted in federal court for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.  FLORIDA INMATE INDICTED FOR DISTRIBUTION, RECEIPT, AND POSSESSION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY 01/22/2026 07:00 AM EST GAINESVILLE, FLORIDA – Edward G. Winn, 47, an inmate at Okaloosa Correctional Institution, was indicted by a federal grand jury charging him with one count of distribution of child pornography, one count of receipt of child pornography, and one count of possession of child pornography.
