Sioux Falls Man Sentenced to Federal Prison for Failing to Register as Sex Offender 01/22/2026 07:00 AM EST United States Attorney Ron Parsons announced today that Chief Judge Roberto A. Lange, U.S. District Court, has sentenced a man from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, convicted of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.  The sentencing took place on January 20, 2026.  TALLAHASSEE MAN PLEADS GUILTY TO TRANSPORTING CHILD PORNOGRAPHY 01/22/2026 07:00 AM EST TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA – Charles Eric Love, 56, of Tallahassee, Florida, pleaded guilty in federal court to transporting child pornography using a means or facility of interstate commerce.  FLORIDA INMATE INDICTED FOR DISTRIBUTION, RECEIPT, AND POSSESSION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY 01/22/2026 07:00 AM EST GAINESVILLE, FLORIDA – Edward G. Winn, 47, an inmate at Okaloosa Correctional Institution, was indicted by a federal grand jury charging him with one count of distribution of child pornography, one count of receipt of child pornography, and one count of possession of child pornography.
