Baltimore Man Sentenced for Role in Eastern Panhandle Drug Trafficking Organization 12/09/2025 07:00 AM EST Charles Delroy Singletary, 45, of Baltimore, Maryland, was sentenced to 84 months in federal prison for his involvement in a drug trafficking organization that sold substantial amounts of fentanyl, methamphetamine, and cocaine in Berkeley and Jefferson Counties, announced U.S. Attorney Matthew L. Harvey.
