MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Tracy Ann Mannon, a/k/a Tracy Ann Moore, a/k/a Tracy A. Carter, age 53, of Wilburton, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 720 months in prison for one count of Murder in Indian Country - Second Degree.On April 21, 2025, Mannon pleaded guilty to the charge.  According to investigators, on February 26, 2024, Mannon bludgeoned and stabbed the victim to death at a Wilburton residence.  The crime occurred in Latimer County, within the boundaries of the Choctaw Nation Reservation, in the Eastern District of Oklahoma.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Donovan Matthew Pruett, age 24, of Checotah, Oklahoma, entered a guilty plea to an Information for one count of Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law, which is punishable by up to 10 years in prison.The Information alleged that on September 28, 2024, while on duty and working in an official capacity as an Okfuskee County jailer, Pruett physically assaulted the victim, an inmate in the Okfuskee County Jail, while the inmate was restrained, resulting in bodily injury to the victim.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that the following individuals were each indicted for Drug Conspiracy, in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Sections 846, 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(A), and 841(b)(1)(B), punishable by not less than 10 years' imprisonment and up to a $10,000,000 fine:
  • JERRY LEE GRIST, age 66, of Atoka, Oklahoma;
  • TOMMY BLAKE McCARY, age 74, of Wright City, Oklahoma;
  • MEAGON RASHEL BOX, age 39, of Atoka, Oklahoma; 
  • LESLIE GALE BELLETTINI, age 67, of Coalgate, Oklahoma;
  • SHAWNDA LA DAWN RUSSELL, age 55, of Ada, Oklahoma;
  • GLENN ROGER HYDE, age 65, of Ada, Oklahoma;
  • JEFFERY LANCE DEAVER, age 56, of Tishomingo, Oklahoma;
  • JESUS MARTIN OLIVARES VASQUEZ, SR., age 58, of Mexico;
  • DEAN DEWAYNE HENSLEE, age 52, of Idabel, Oklahoma;
  • ANGIE EULALIA NUNEZ a/k/a Angie Farrell, age 51, of Durant, Oklahoma;
  • DAVID GEORGE NUNEZ, age 56, of Durant, Oklahoma;
  • RAYMOND ERWIN WELCH, age 57, of Dallas, Texas;
  • WILLA MARGARETTE WEAR, age 47, of Atoka, Oklahoma; and
  • CLIFFORD EUGENE BERRY, age 61, of Atoka, Oklahoma.
In addition to federal Drug Conspiracy charges, JERRY LEE GRIST and DEAN DEWAYNE HENSLEE each face additional charges for Distribution of Methamphetamine, punishable by not less than 10 years' imprisonment and up to a $10,000,000 fine; LESLIE GALE BELLETTINI faces additional charges for Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine, punishable by not less than 10 years' imprisonment and up to a $10,000,000 fine, and for Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine, punishable by up to 20 years' imprisonment and up to a $1,000,000 fine; and ANGIE EULALIA NUNEZ and DAVID GEORGE NUNEZ each face an additional charge for Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine, punishable by up to 20 years' imprisonment and up to a $1,000,000 fine.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Latisha Marie McCarter, age 43, of Checotah, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 24 months in prison for one count of Distribution of Methamphetamine.On August 13, 2025, McCarter pleaded guilty to the charge. According to investigators, on June 17, 2023, McCarter sold a baggie of white crystalline methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance, in the parking lot of a store in Checotah, Oklahoma.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Isaiah Lynn Wood, age 22, of Overbrook, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 120 months in prison for one count of Use, Carry, Brandish and Discharge of a Firearm During and in Relation to a Crime of Violence.On May 12, 2025, Wood pleaded guilty to the charge.  According to investigators, on the evening of February 17, 2025, Wood parked at a distance from an Overbrook residence, then entered the residence undetected armed with a Glock 45 semi-automatic pistol.  Once inside, Wood threatened one resident, assaulted a second, fired the weapon twice striking a third, then barricaded himself inside.  A Love County deputy responding to the 911 emergency dispatch call took Wood into custody.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Demarrio Lee Hannah, aka Demario Hannah, aka Mario Hannah, age 37, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 33 months in prison for one count of Felon in Possession of Firearm and Ammunition.On May 13, 2025, Hannah pleaded guilty to the charge.  According to investigators, on June 22, 2024, law enforcement conducting a routine traffic stop on an SUV traveling north on Highway 69 near Atoka, Oklahoma, discovered Hannah in possession of a loaded Taurus G3 semi-automatic pistol.  At the time of the stop, Hannah had been previously convicted of a crime punishable by more than one year imprisonment.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Kendall Lee Forrester, age 36, of Wister, Oklahoma, was sentenced to a term of life in prison for one count of First Degree Murder in Indian Country, and 120 months in prison for one count of Use, Carry, Brandish and Discharge of a Firearm During and in Relation to a Crime of Violence. The sentences were ordered to run consecutively.On February 27, 2025, a federal jury found Forrester guilty of the charges at trial. According to investigators, on October 31, 2023, Forrester shot and killed the victim with a single gunshot to the head at a LeFlore County residence within the boundaries of the Choctaw Nation Reservation.  Family members reported the victim missing after a receiving a suspicious text message from the victim's cell phone and discovering the victim's wallet, keys, and cell phone left behind at home after Forrester had told family members that he and the victim were out hunting.  The victim's body was discovered hours later, wrapped in plastic sheeting, stored in a chest that had been loaded into the victim's SUV.  Officers conducting a traffic stop on Forrester discovered a 9mm handgun, a magazine containing 9 rounds of ammunition, and a trash bag of freshly laundered clothes and towels in his car.  A latent print on the plastic sheeting from the chest was a match to prints taken from Forrester.
