Port Charlotte Man Indicted For Enticing A Minor To Engage In Sexual Activity And Transferring Obscene Matter To A Minor 12/15/2025 07:00 AM EST Fort Myers, Florida – United States Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe announces the return of an indictment charging James Gregory Ford (34, Port Charlotte) with coercion and enticement of a minor to engage in sexual activity and transferring obscene matter to a minor. If convicted on all counts, Ford faces a minimum penalty of 10 years, up to life, in federal prison.
