Kehoe announces the return of an indictment charging James Gregory Ford (34, Port Charlotte) with coercion and enticement of a minor to engage in sexual activity and transferring obscene matter to a minor. If convicted on all counts, Ford faces a minimum penalty of 10 years, up to life, in federal prison.  Ocean County Man Sentenced to 168 Months in Prison for Sexually Exploiting Minors 12/15/2025 07:00 AM EST An Ocean County, New Jersey man was sentenced on December 2, 2025, to 168 months in prison for receiving videos and images depicting child pornography.
