Justice Department Announces Results of Operation Relentless Justice 12/22/2025 07:00 AM EST Jury Convicts Honduran National Of Aggravated Identity Theft And Associated Fraud Charges 12/22/2025 07:00 AM EST Tampa, FL – United States Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe announces that a federal jury has found Cristian Daniel Diaz-Garcia (27), an illegal alien from Honduras, guilty of two counts of aggravated identity theft, two counts of false representation of a Social Security number, and two counts of making a false claim of United States citizenship for employment purposes. Diaz-Garcia faces a maximum penalty of 24 years in federal prison. His sentencing hearing is scheduled for March 17, 2026. He was indicted on July 30, 2024. FEDERAL INMATE INDICTED ON MULTIPLE ASSAULT CHARGES AND POSSESSION OF CONTRABAND 12/22/2025 07:00 AM EST TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA – Jose Melendez-Rivera, 27, an inmate in a Federal Correctional Institution, was indicted by a federal grand jury for assault with intent to commit murder, assault with a dangerous weapon with intent to do bodily harm, assault resulting in serious bodily injury, and possessing contraband in prison. PENSACOLA WOMAN SENTENCED TO FEDERAL PRISON FOR PREPARING FALSE TAX RETURNS AND IDENTITY THEFT 12/22/2025 07:00 AM EST PENSACOLA, FLORIDA – Khristine N.
