Mexican national sentenced to over twelve years in federal prison for trafficking methamphetamine 12/03/2025 07:00 AM EST A Mexican national illegally living in Garland has been sentenced to federal prison for trafficking methamphetamine in the Eastern District of Texas, announced U.S. Attorney Jay R. Combs.  Nicaraguan National Pleads Guilty To Forcibly Resisting Federal Agents In Extended Struggle During Immigration Arrest 12/03/2025 07:00 AM EST Tampa, Florida – United States Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe announces that Denis Napoleon Corea-Miranda (22, Nicaragua) has pleaded guilty to forcibly resisting, opposing, or impeding federal officers. Corea-Miranda faces a maximum penalty of eight years in federal prison. A sentencing date has not yet been scheduled. Honduran man pleads guilty to, sentenced for illegal reentry 12/02/2025 07:00 AM EST U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced today that Ever Josue Erazo-Lopez, 30, a native and citizen of Honduras, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Meredith A. Vacca to re-entry of a removed alien. He was then sentenced to time served and turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
