Citizen of the Dominican Republic Sentenced to Prison for Fraud and Immigration Offenses 12/02/2025 07:00 AM EST KELVIN PRADO-ROBLES, also known as FRANKELY ROBLES-GUZMAN, 49, a citizen of the Dominican Republic, was sentenced yesterday by U.S. District Judge Alvin W. Thompson in Hartford to 57 months of imprisonment for fraud and immigration offenses.
