Individual Indicted and Arrested for Production and Possession of Child Exploitation Material 08/30/2025 08:00 AM EDT SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico – On August 28, 2025, A federal grand jury in the District of Puerto Rico returned a three count indictment charging Felix Ebdiel Muñiz-Rivera, age 20, of Camuy, PR, for production and possession of child exploitation material. HSI special agents arrested Muñiz- Rivera yesterday, August 29, 2025.
