PHOENIX, Ariz. – During the week of enforcement operations from August 30, 2025, through September 5, 2025, the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Arizona brought immigration-related criminal charges against 218 individuals.

U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced today Segundo Juan Maynato-Guaman, a/k/a Segundo Juan Mainato-Guaman, 46, a citizen of Ecuador, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Frank P. Geraci, Jr. to re-entry of a removed alien. He was then sentenced to time served and turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
