Jamestown man going to prison for 30 years for producing child pornography 08/01/2025 08:00 AM EDT U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced today that Roberto Millan, 36, of Jamestown, NY, who was convicted of production of child pornography, was sentenced to serve 360 months in prison and 20 years supervised release by U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara.   Niagara Falls man going to prison on drug charges 08/01/2025 08:00 AM EDT U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced today that Jermaine McQueen, 47, of Niagara Falls, NY, who was convicted of possession with intent to distribute 40 grams or more of fentanyl, was sentenced to serve 106 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara.
