La Pryor Man Sentenced to 120 Years in Federal Prison for Kidnapping Illegal Aliens 07/02/2025 08:00 AM EDT Joshua Lee Balderas, of La Pryor, was sentenced in a federal court in San Antonio to 120 years in prison for one count of conspiracy to kidnap and two counts related to harboring illegal aliens causing serious bodily injury and placing the life of a person in jeopardy.
