BUFFALO, N.Y. - U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced today that Da'Ron Lipscomb, 33, of Lancaster, NY, who was convicted of high speed flight from an immigration checkpoint, was sentenced to serve six months in prison by U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara.
U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced today that Timothy Tundo, 62, of Bethany, NY, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Lawrence J. Vilardo to possession with intent to distribute LSD, possession of firearms in furtherance of drug trafficking, and unlawful possession of machine guns. The charges carry a mandatory minimum penalty of five years in prison and a maximum of life.
