GAMA ("GAMA"), age 38, a native of Mexico, was sentenced on July 23, 2025, for re-entry of removed alien, in violation of Title 8, United States Code, Section 1326(a).  New Orleans Man Guilty of Carjacking and Federal Firearm Charge 07/30/2025 08:00 AM EDT NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA – Acting U.S. Attorney Michael M. Simpson announced that on July 22, 2025, XAVIER JOHNSON (JOHNSON), age 24, pled guilty to Counts One and Three of an indictment charging him with carjacking, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §2119(2) and felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1) and 924(a)(2). As to Count One, JOHNSON faces up to 25 years of imprisonment, up to a $250,000 fine, up to three years of supervised release, and a mandatory special assessment fee of $100. As to Count Three, JOHNSON faces up to ten years, up to a $250,000 fine, up to three years of supervised release, and a mandatory special assessment fee of $100. JOHNSON's sentencing is set for October 14, 2025.  Albuquerque Man Charged in Series of Armed Bank Robberies Across Albuquerque and Rio Rancho 07/30/2025 08:00 AM EDT Daniel Ray Guliford is charged with carrying out five armed bank robberies across Albuquerque and Rio Rancho between January 2024 and July 2025.
