| Now available: June 2025 edition of the TTAB Manual of Procedure with recent precedent and procedural developments The June 2025 version of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) Manual of Procedure is now available on the USPTO website. This TTAB Manual of Procedure (TBMP) update incorporates relevant court and precedential decisions issued by the TTAB between March 1, 2024 and February 28, 2025. Access these decisions and orders in the TTAB Reading Room by proceeding number and view entire proceedings through TTABVUE, the Board's online docketing database. Proceeding numbers have now been added to all TTAB cases issued between 2010 and 2025 to enhance searchability and accessibility. Newly added TTAB precedents are cited using Lexis references. The TBMP is the primary resource for basic procedural guidance in TTAB trial proceedings. It also includes a general information chapter useful for all TTAB proceedings, along with chapters addressing appeals to the Board. This update supports our ongoing commitment to transparency and ensures that users have access to the most current practice and procedural information.
