Training from the Pre-Application Assessment Pilot program, happening virtually June 12-13, will help jumpstart your entrepreneurial innovation journey. This two-day online workshop is designed to support prospective first-time patent applicants by helping to assess the strengths and weaknesses of a potential application. Our examiners will help you determine if your invention is novel in the art by providing one-on-one search assistance using public patent tools. We'll also discuss: - Patent application basics
