Three Orange County Men Plead Guilty To Fentanyl And Methamphetamine Distribution Conspiracy 06/02/2025 08:00 AM EDT Orlando, Florida – United States Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe announces that Bradley D. Burch (34, Apopka), Ronald E. Hubbard Jr. (37, Apopka), and Douglas E. Arnett Jr. (33, Orlando) have pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute fentanyl, a fentanyl analog, and methamphetamine.
