Mexican National Pleads Guilty To Illegal Reentry Into The United States 04/01/2025 08:00 AM EDT Orlando, Florida – United States Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe announces that Rosel Jimenez-Martinez (34, Mexico) has pleaded guilty to illegal reentry by a previously removed alien. Jimenez-Martinez faces up to two years in federal prison. A sentencing date has not yet been set. Jimenez-Martinez was arrested on a criminal complaint on December 23, 2024, and ordered detained.  Guatemalan National Pleads Guilty To Illegal Reentry Into The United States 04/01/2025 08:00 AM EDT Orlando, Florida – United States Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe announces that Elfego Rolando Domingo-Ruiz (32, Guatemala) has pleaded guilty to illegal reentry of a removed alien. As a previously deported felon, Domingo-Ruiz faces up to 10 years in federal prison. A sentencing date has not yet been set.
